We are glad to inform that we have recently commissioned the FARO Quantum E V2 2.5m - 7 Axis
machine, which is considered one of the world’s most advanced portable co-ordinate measuring
machines (CMM). This will almost exclusively be used for the manufacturing of our high-performance
triple offset butterfly valves range, in which conventional tools of measurements are often found
lagging. We estimate that we will be able to cut our manufacturing lead times by >50% and avoid
costly re-work / rejections for this valve type, and in-turn pass on these benefits to our customers.

|
|
|
In the future, the commissioning of
this machine also gives us the ability
to conduct verification of any
product quality by performing 3D
inspections, tool certifications, CAD
comparison, dimensional analysis as
well as reverse engineering. If you
are visiting our facility for an
inspection or for any other reason in
the near future, request your R&D
contact in advance to arrange for a
demonstration!
